"Labor Lake in Midsummer", an oil painting on canvas
An oil painting of a lake in a park near my home in Anshan, China. For this painting, I plan to study water ripples, waves, light, and reflections in the water. I am trying to capture the fluidity of water and afternoon sunlight of the regular summer scenery in the northeast part of China.
